What exactly do I receive after I buy a DIV-02 automation product?

Source code (Python or Node.js) plus a setup guide. You install and run it yourself, or on your own server — it's not a hosted login. Some scripts require your own third-party API key (e.g. OpenAI), which is stated on the product page.

Can I resell or white-label a kit to my own clients?

No — every purchase is a Single-Entity Commercial License, for use inside your own business only. Agencies needing multi-client rights should look at our Enterprise plan.

What if a download doesn't work?

Open a support ticket within 14 business days and we'll patch it or refund it — no exceptions.

How do subscription plans renew and cancel?

Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel from your customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't refund the current period already paid for.

Do you store my card details?

No. Card entry is handled directly by Stripe; we only ever see a secure token, never the card number.
